Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy governs the relationship between you and Adaptensor, Inc., an Arkansas corporation with its principal place of business in Cove, Arkansas, USA, operating the brand FeatherPulse through the website featherpulse.com. References to "we," "us," or "FeatherPulse" mean Adaptensor, Inc. acting through that brand.

1. Limited Hardware Warranty

FeatherPulse warrants that new industrial laser systems (welding sold by us will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the warranty period specified on the product datasheet, generally twelve (12) months from the date of shipment. The fiber laser source carries a limited twenty-four (24) month warranty against premature failure under rated duty cycle.

2. What Is Covered

During the warranty period we will, at our option and as your sole and exclusive remedy, repair the product, replace it with a comparable new or refurbished unit, or refund the purchase price, after the unit is returned to us under an RMA. Replacement parts and repaired units are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty or ninety (90) days from delivery, whichever is longer.

3. What Is Not Covered

  • Damage from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, fire, water, or transport;
  • Operation outside published environmental, electrical, or duty-cycle specifications;
  • Use of unauthorized consumables, third-party parts, or modifications not approved by us in writing;
  • Failure to perform required preventive maintenance documented in the operator manual;
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect function;
  • Consumables: protective lenses, optical fibers used beyond rated bend cycles, filters, gaskets, and assist-gas components;
  • Any unit whose serial number has been removed, altered, or made illegible.

4. How to Claim

Submit a warranty claim through the Customer Portal at featherpulse.com, or email jamie@adaptensor.com with the serial number, original invoice, photographs, and a description of the issue. Do not return product before receiving a written RMA; unauthorized returns may be refused.

5. Disclaimer

EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY ABOVE, ADAPTENSOR, INC. DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THIS EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU; IN THAT CASE THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE LENGTH OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY ABOVE.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability under this warranty is limited to the price you paid for the affected product or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, downtime, or substitute equipment costs.
