It uses a robotic arm and Laser beam welding to handle big jobs in industries like car manufacturing, shipbuilding, and construction. The teach pendant is a handheld device used to program the robot. It is easy to use, even for beginners.Supports 18 languages, including English, Chinese, Spanish, Russian, Japanese, and German. The system is easy to use, saves time, and improves welding quality. If the workpiece moves, the robot can find the correct starting or ending point again. This makes sure the welding is accurate. It works well for corner seams and joint welding. Arc sensing is used for welding round or curved parts. It checks the real position of the part using welding wire and compares it with the set position. If there is a difference, the robot adjusts the welding path to make sure the welding is accurate and smooth. Touch sensing is used to find the exact position of the welding joint. The robot uses tools to touch the part, find the seam, and set the correct welding point. This makes the welding precise and reliable. The laser tracking function helps the robot follow the welding seam. If the seam moves, the robot uses a laser to find its new position and adjust the welding path.
