Feather Pulse has designed an automated solution specifically for grinding and polishing ferrous metals. Featuring a stream lined design with a high-rigidity lightweight structure and a high performance drive system, they achieve exceptional speed and precision. The integration of premium hardware components and unparaleled cost effectiveness delivers stable,efficient, and reliable operation. Real-time display of tool lD, set force, actual force, axial floating distance.Configure grinding force warings, engagement/retraction force parameters, control parameters,displacement alertthresholds.Control force-controlled actuator functions: weighing, calibration, displacement reset.Grinding-specific robot commands to operate force-controlled actuators and tools.Connect/disconnect/reconnect robots with force-controlled actuators with out relying on PLC/PC. Automatically resume grinding near the breakpoint after process interruptions (e.g., alarms), enabling intermittent continuation without restarting the entire program. Specialized arc oscillation commands simulate manual grinding techniques to enhance surface finish quality. Operators can generate qrinding paths by recording minimal teaching points and setting path density through a dedicated interface, requiring no specialized programming skills – only process knowledge.
